I have attended with other approximately 1000 students to "Leadership, Human resources and Management" summit on 13th March 2014 at Kocaeli University Izmit Baki Komsuoglu conference hall.

The main topics were Leadership, Vision, Planning, Delegation, Solving problems, making decision, team building and managing, coordination, communication, motivation and creativity.
